What runtime should I actually expect?
About 22 minutes on high, and up to 35 minutes on low, per battery. That's roughly 45 to 70 minutes across both. A full charge takes 90 minutes or less. Runtime depends on how hard you work the trigger. Squeeze lightly for easy jobs and you'll stretch it. Most jobs don't need a full pull.
Why don't you publish a CFM or MPH number?
Because there's no agreed way to measure those on a handheld blower, so the numbers can't be compared between products. Two blowers printing the same figure can perform very differently depending on how each was measured and almost nobody tells you how. We publish the numbers we can back up with the conditions we measured them under: weight with the battery in, runtime per battery, charge time, and noise at a stated distance and speed. If we ever publish an airflow number, it'll come with the same information.
Is it light enough for someone who's found other blowers too heavy?
Under 2.5 lb with the battery in, held in one hand. That's about the weight of a hair dryer. It's the reason a lot of people who'd given up on doing their own porch or driveway are doing it again.
What can it do well, and what can't it do?
It's good at dry leaves, grass clippings, patios, driveways, garages, sawdust, and drying a car after a wash — clearing beading water from mirrors, grilles, emblems, and panel gaps so you finish faster with a towel. It does not instantly dry a car. And it's not a substitute for a full-size backpack blower on big piles of heavy, wet leaves. A handheld blower speeds up the job. It doesn't do magic, and we won't show it doing anything in our ads that it can't do in your driveway.
How loud is it?
On low it runs about 75 dBA at your ear — roughly a normal vacuum cleaner, and much quieter than a gas blower. High speed is louder, like any blower.
Do the nozzles come off during use?
Each nozzle is held in place by a magnet and swaps in about a second. All three store in the molded case — which is the part most people don't think about until they've lost one in a garage drawer.
